"About 4:30 pm the day before Thanksgiving, my 2013 Chevy Traverse overheated and I had to park it in Barnes & Noble’s parking lot. Dave agreed to take the car in Friday to see what was the matter. Turned out to be a busted howe to the heater core had dumped out all the engine coolant. Huntsman completed the repair that day. I could not have asked for a better customer experience under those circumstances. The damage could have been catastrophic.
